The online booking is not accurate, as it lets you to book times which is not actually available. The salon calls you to ammend the time.
You can expect to wait for your treatment to start beyond the booked time.

Great salon! The stylist listens to what you want to do with your hair and make suggestions. The end result was exactly what I wanted! Love my new hair and the balayage colour is exactly what I wanted!

Went in July, amazing ambiance, lovely staff that made me feel really comfortable, best salon in harrow hands down!
