Therapist was lovely and it was a pleasure spending a couple of hours in her company. However, her work was not up to the standard I would expect.
In particular, (i) she was too rough in her gel nail removal, causing me pain; (ii) the reapplication of gel varnish was far too thick, causing it to chip, crack and split in only 3 days; and (iii) my nails as a result of her work are now paper thin and damaged!
