good but not perfect. massage was lovely and for half price through treatwell can't go wrong. they didn't tell me the lash tinting needed a tester first and they rang me too late for me to get one done so had to change the treatment. had nails done instead but they sadly smudged and the waxing was okay but had better.
Booked online but when I arrived was told was fully booked. Had to get a refund. Do not got there!
My boyfriend booked me a spa trip for my 21st and was quite excited until they said all the facilities were closed due to pumps being faulty in the pools but when we looked on google it's been closed for 3 months for refurb. Giving it 2 stars simply because the facial i had was excellent. My boyfriend gave me his 25 minute treatment because he felt bad that there wasn't anything else to do in the hotel due to gym and pool being closed. Also email confirmation said we could check in at 2pm yesterday, we arrived just before 2pm and was told that we had to wait another 30 minutes or more before we could check in to our room. The room was nice and the bed was comfy even though it was 2 singles put together so we had to sleep separate. Will not be returning and don't recommend to anyone either.
