Awful. I was booked onto a Deluxe Spa Package which includes access to facilities, treatments, stay, afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast.
The heating was broken in the hotel so it was freezing in December through the stay making us feel unwell. We couldn’t check into our rooms for 2 hours due to technical issues during which time the staff did not communicate anything to us. We were not told we had to book for dinner so got a late time and there was no service...guests were waiting 3 hours for their main courses which came dry and burnt. The spa facilities were closed due to techical issues.
Awful stay. Would not recommend this hotel. The hotel is also not willing to offer a full refund for this experience which over promised and under delivered on every aspect of the package.
Massage was really nice and relaxing. However I was desapointed that we couldn’t use the swimming pool afternoon as it was booked for someone else. Also Thermal room was out of order so we couldn’t use it.
The massage was wonderful in a lovely peaceful room with candles and relaxing music. I only wish I could have one every week!
