Staff helpful but not enough staff only one in each area
Food lovely
Spa treatments good but pool area very noisy and needs refurbishment
Loud groups of people running around at 3am then a fire alarm went off at 7am so not much sleep which spoilt the weekend
Hotel easy to find. All staff very attentive, helpful and friendly. Great welcome drink in the bar. Treatments were lovely and professional. Pool area was lacking comfortable seating - mainly hard wooden dining chairs to sit on. Pool was very small and jacuzzi was nice but way too hot. Not sure if there was a problem with the thermostat. Also very hot generally in pool and changing area. Not enough locks available for the lockers. The afternoon tea was delicious. Would definitely go again. Very good value for money all in all and we had a great day.
Overall experience was excellent! Such a beautiful place and enjoyed the treatment from start to finish, my skin is glowing! I would highly recommend and would definitely receive this treatment again
