Amazing value for money, lovely friendly staff. Treatment was excellent, choice of any 25 minute option, afternoon tea was very nice and staff went the extra mile to accommodate my dietary requirements. Spa facilities were just standard hotel leisure (pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna) but all in all very happy with what I got for the money. Robe and slippers included. Only downside was the changing room/showers could do with a bit of a refurb as its hard to keep things clean when they're getting a bit old and worn.
