Staff were welcoming and friendly from the minute we arrived. The spa facilities are within a busy hotel pool & gym complex, however, they certainly make the best experience and the best value for money from what they have. The treatments we had (hot stone massage & stress relief aromatherapy massage) were fantastic, and the afternoon tea is a wonderful treat.
