The treatments were amazing, however some hotel staff were a little rude as there was a problem with our room
Great staff - very accommodating when we had booking issues. Easy check in and intro to facilities. Nice welcome drink and brilliant afternoon tea which we had in our complimentary robes. The therapist was very good. Facilities are small but not busy - could do with more loungers.
Spa treatments were great, and chloe was attentive. Pool was small and crowded. Dinner was poor. Meals took too long to come out and they weren't what we ordered. Receptionist and duty manager attentive but other staff just not interested. Bed was lumpy 😣
