The appointment ran approx an hour late. I was given a welcome drink for the inconvenience. I got the ultimate manicure and pedicure. The technician was friendly but the quality of the job was not there. The nail varnish wasn't done evenly on both hands and feet with bubbles and layers to cover up mistakes. The pedicure wasn't thorough as some steps were skipped to finish on time. I was disappointed, it wasn't what I expected.
