Was really nervous about getting my hair cut as it’s quite long and haven’t had it cut in over a year!! Olivia cut my hair and was really lovely!! Really happy with my hair, it feels and looks so much healthier and would definitely recommend.

Was welcomed with a warm smiley friendly face. Donna the hairstylist was amazing, gave me truth views about the hairstyle I wanted but she understood what I wanted and I came out happy..

Very happy with the urban rose, staff very friendly and polite, environmenr was clean and easy to relax in and not forgetting the great hirdressing skills from the stylists in particular Olivia, 100% recommend this place
