A bit of confusion around the booking and I was told to come back- this might be because I booked last minute. The lady that did my hair was lovely and super friendly and the salon was clean and tidy. The blow dry itself was done nicely but hadn’t held as much as mine usually does.

Was charged full adult prince for 12 year old, didn't get a break down of prices untill i called and asked for a receipt.
Wasn't told how long the condition treatment lasts or if I need aftercare.
Over priced and bitterly disappointed with the colour.
However the place is nice, clean and the staff are friendly.
