One of the things I didn’t like about this visit is that the salon charged me full price, when I booked a discounted spot on Treatwell. I’m not sure the information you was communicated by Treatwell to the salon. Also I didn’t find the staff at the salon overly friendly.

No fuss, a really lovely haircut by a nice lady. I really enjoyed my experience at the Urban Rose. Was looking for a new hair salon, and I think I have found it. Looking forward to my next visit.
