Very nice environment and friendly staff! The treatment wasn’t as thorough as I had expected or previously had for the same amount of time. However, I liked the place so I would go again.

I waited a full hour in the waiting room, even though I had scheduled my appointment a full week ahead of time. Apparently the technician's previous session had been late, which is fine, just send me a message to reschedule. Instead I waited 30 minutes without anyone saying anything. And then they offered me a 10% discount over text. They did not even have anyone come to talk to me. And then I still waited another 30. The facial was lovely, but the admin was very unprofessional.
