We enjoyed our show day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The water was lovely and hot and the relaxation room was great.
My friend and I had a lovely day. Excellent value for money. The only disappointment was the lunch. Although only £10 it wasn't very appetizing.
This is our second visit and once again can not say enough about the help and friendliness of all staff we mat. The Spa facilities are very good and the provision of towels and slippers gives it a homely comfortable feel. Food and service is also very good and the Bar staff are great for service and a some friendly banter. It will certainly not be our last visit.
The treatment was good, loved the range of spa facilities. It was a bit of a pain going from the pool and jacuzzi etc to the relaxation room- would be better if they were next to each other. the spa seemed a bit dated. Loved the jacuzzi and outside pool area, shake it was overlooking a car park! Staff were good and when I asked for a top up of the water tank, they did it straight away. Had a lovely meal at the tea room, would recommend that.
