Friendly and welcoming staff both at reception and those giving treatments. Loved the jacuzzi partially outdoors. Unfortunately the laconium wasn't working but seeing as I don't even know what that is that wasn't a big loss. We really enjoyed our visit. Great value all round.
Lovely day, staff friendly and welcoming, lunch 'bento boxes' both Mediterranean and Japanese were fab. Really felt fab after my back and leg massages and daughters both enjoyed their manicure and pedicure.
