She had the pregnancy massage and thoroughly enjoyed it again. I had the theraputic massage and for the 1st time a facial. Well.. I fell asleep afterwards which is a first for me :) The lunch was lovely also again.
The only downside I'd say is that the changing rooms could do with 'a make over'.
It was a birthday treat from my husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing pamper day. The only slight downside was I had my massage, facial, and pedicure together then had to wait an hour for my manicure which meant I had to then try and get dressed and drive home with nails that hadn't completely dried and therefore smudged 😟 I would have preferred my treatments all together then had time to relax and allow nails to dry before heading off home. Otherwise it was a great day.
Went for an anniversary treat. Fantastic thermal pool and sauna options. Will book again and treat my mum next time. The staff all round are a credit to the venue.
Superb customer service from the girl on reception , great food and service included in our package , loved the outside/ infinity pool , first spa I've visited and would defiantly return!
Hotel needs a good clean and an update. Therapists are unskilled, the manicure I received was shabby, I could have done better myself. The relaxation room (waiting room) looks out onto a roof and railing sand is not very relaxing. Lunch was not prepared fresh and came in a cardboard box. I left before my last treatment and complained to the staff who were understanding and gave me some vouchers, but I will not be returning to use them. All in all a huge disappointment.
