went this weekend with my daughter and her friends for her birthday. The staff were very friendly and pleasant and the facilities and treatments exceeded expectations. A lovely day out. I would recommend.
Spent a lovely weekend for my girlfriends birthday, arrived and checked in straight away no messing. Went to the room dropped off our stuff and then to the spa, the outdoor spa was amazing. Then in the evening had our 3 course meal which was absolutely divine! Had our breakfast in the morning checked out of the room at 12 and still had full use of the spa facilities it was the perfect weekend couldn't ask for anything better
A fantastic spa day at a lovely venue. Enjoyed my pregnancy treatments very much. A little disappointed that they didn't massage my hands and arms but what they did was amazing. Lunch was lovely and filling and the availability of tea, coffee, water and juice was good. The views from the outside pool and the upstairs terrace were lovely. The relaxation room was very comfortable and the robes were a good size to fit my rather large pregnant belly :-) Will definitely go again.
The spa and sauna, as well as the treatments we booked were spot on. They were a treat for me and my partner and we both enjoyed them a lot. The restaurant was fantastic. We had breakfasts and dinners the two days we stayed and the food and service were excellent, very happy. The staff were mostly OK on the hotel side. One let down was when a staff member was supposed to get our luggage moved to our new room and I had to sit around in a robe and trunks after a swim for two hours waiting. I went down to reception to see where it was and it had been at reception the whole time while she stood chatting to friends- not happy about that. Otherwise a tip-top stay.
