Ella was so lovely, patient and kind. I was a bit nervous about going to a new salon after not having my hair done in nearly 3 years! But Ella explained every step she did for me and recommended what was best. I felt so reassured by her and the whole team were lovely and on it with the cleaning! Will definitely be going back
