My gel pedicure was good other than for the fact the therapist pushed my cuticles back so hard that they bled. When I mentioned this she apologised but did not adjust her approach when she did my manicure. Certain nails were also bumpy and smudged.

I was the last appointment of the day so although the wax was certainly not bad it felt very rushed. A few stray hairs missed that I didn't have time to properly check as a result. Do appreciated that it was quite a last minute appointment however
