Super welcoming, friendly, calm and relaxing and one of the best waxes I've had. After a good few months away from a salon, I expected it to be painful but it was totally the opposite - almost totally pain-free! Really happy to have found such a great salon close by, it's definitely going to be my regular place from now on.
