My therapist was lovely and very welcoming but I was disappointed with my manicure, she didn’t soak my nails so my cuticles were dry and looked bad afterwards. The polish was thick towards the tips of my nails and didn’t look good. I was left with polish right up to the cuticles and on my fingertips which I had to file off myself at home. I should have said something when I was there but the therapist was so nice I felt awkward
