Very quick and efficient. Have been there several times as I feel they do a good job. They do my brows in a very natural way.

I didn't find the LVL to be as effective as I expected and as it was a fairly delicate treatment on my eyes I felt that they could have explained what the process was and how it worked, where as I ended up with my eyes stuck shut for 45 min. not really knowing what was being done to them, and it was quite uncomfortable at times when they appeared to be scraping my eye lid.

Could have been better ambiance in the room but overall good - very quick and efficient
