My therapist was a little unfriendly and seemed quite unsure of herself. The table was far too high for me and she didn't offer to lower it, she just smirked. There were lots of awkward silences. She didn't attempt to make conversation and then got stroppy when she got wax stuck to her nail. It took a couple of attempts for her to get the tint right. Overall it just seemed a little unprofessional and I felt the place was lacking in atmosphere. Also the salon had to change my time on the day as it didn't link up with Treatwell.
