Treatewell do not have a live booking system so I was double booked.
I had booked a train ticket especially to attend this £50+ appointment and I am still awaiting contact from the support team at Treatwell.
Was alright this time, the staff assigned to me seemed to be inexperienced but she did an okay job.
Enjoyed my time at The Wax Bar! Everyone was really friendly and the quality of service was fab. Will definitely be back!
I had a hollywood wax - it was alright. The staff member made me feel at ease, but having come here twice and gone elsewhere other times, I've felt that the experience is more painful than other places, and also hair is missed, which considering the price doesn't seem like a great experience. I wouldn't choose to return here because I think it is poor value.
