Could not receive treatment because a location specific trail is needed. This should be clearly advertised online as I was unaware of this restriction when making my appointment. Wasted half an hour only to be turned away without a proper apology or explanation.
Booked an appointment via treatwell when I got there there had been a mix up with the appointment and never went onto their system. The girl at the time wasn't very helpful with the situation only for another member of staff came apologised and offered me an appointment at a later time which had to suit as the appointment was already paid for!! The girl who did my wax was lovely really chatty but wasn't pleased with the wax itself still had a lot of hair remaining. Unfortunately won't be returning for an overpriced wax
Happy with the final result even when my nails were in a bad state.
