30 min express manicure booked - receptionist couldn't find my booking initially, and the actual manicure took 10-15 min for 25 quid paid up front. Not impressed.

I really love the Wax Bar. The under arm waving is amazing - doesn't really hurt at all. the staff are all fantastic. Highly recommend the salon.
