Great wax, great therapist. Really poor customer service from receptionist. Issue with their booking service and response so only half of treatment booked (and already paid for) was visible on their system. Response was dire and issue very reluctantly resolved.
Shame as its a great wax ... Not great enough to justify the prices especially given very basic surroundings, feels like a 'sun bed' shop
Could not ask for more professional treatment. Very impressed. Will be returning for sure!

My last eyebrow wax left me with noticeably uneven eyebrows. I will never visit on a Tuesday again.
