Found my treatment quite awkward, staff member didn’t speak to me the entire time the manicure was being carried out. Nail bar was a mess, hadn’t been tidied up. Nails burned badly with BIAB under lamp with a dirty look & no explanation given. 2/10.
When laminating didn’t use cling film to help the process and I have eye brow tint on my fore head and just above eyelid….not great, wouldn’t go again

Lovely therapist, very professional but made me at ease and ensured I was comfortable (7 months pregnant!). Definitely be back
