Great waxing but I object to paying an extra £2.50 for ‘COVID’ extras! As a result, I will not be back.
I got some really nice nails done but was made to feel very uncomfortable about the current condition of my nails. It wasn’t a very relaxing experience and felt the lady was quite rude. On top of this I received an email from the company telling me I need to pay more because their offer had ended but on Treatwell I had paid in full. I wouldn’t recommend getting your nails done here unfortunately.

There is a £2.50 COVID surplus charge which I wasn't expecting, This is not stated before you book and I had to search for it when I came home. I eventually found it after scrolling through screeds of information and the following the link to their Facebook post about this so it was really not clear.
