Everyone very friendly. Wax was relatively painless. Advice given to delay getting my lashes done as still curl left in them - helpful and appreciated.
Be very precise about how you want to be waxed. The therapist seemed set on doing it her way or how she thought it should be and I was stripped down more than I wanted to be at the end. A little taciturn too tbh. I think the Wax bar generally is fab, but I have definitely preferred other therapists.
Very efficient and thorough waxing. Amy was lovely and chatty and made me feel at ease!
