i cannot fault the facility at all. very clean and welcoming. I have also visited the Wax Bar in Rose St and had a fantastic experience. I was left disappointed in my eyebrow threading treatment however. I have naturally very full eyebrows with a nice shape - regularly maintained, i just get the treatment for a tidy. I was a little concerned when the therapist assumed i hadn't had a treatment in a very long time as she said they were "fully grown" - they're just thick and i had had a threading tidy 3 weeks prior. I did stress then that i like the full brow and keep the natural shape (that every other therapist from multiple salons have always complimented!) Anyway i can't complain that they weren't tidy but they were A LOT thinner than i liked, i told the therapist this and was given a BS explanation on her method. On retrospect there were no questions asked of what i liked or wanted from the treatment - therapists at Rose St do do this. I was only shown the finished product. I would go back to this salon again but a different therapist. I think this therapist would benefit from a quick consultation training where you ask, and talk through with the client the steps to take on their brows.

I love the Wax Bar.You are always taken on time and the service is efficient.Regardless of the Therapist I have always been really satisfied with the pedicures and manicures.
