I booked via treatwell on the Thursday night, on Friday evening I got a call from someone at the salon telling me they had double booked the appointment and they could now offer me 4.10pm. At no point did the person apologise for the salon's error or thank me for taking the later appointment. They also never told me their name on the phone which I find unprofessional.
When I turned up for appointment I went into the room which was a lovely room, however, there was a towel on the bed which if I'm honest I wasn't sure if that towel was a fresh towel or not :( the girl who did my wax was lovely and chatty (don't know her name as again not told) the wax itself was fine, wasn't too painful.
When I got home I noticed that the strip on my bikini was is really squint 🙊 you would think a place going by the name 'The Wax Bar' you would be coming out with a perfect wax...
