Ladies' Waxing
When I got home and the cooling gel that had unusually been liberally applied during the treatment had worn off, I realised that the top layer of skin had been taken off above both eyebrows. Five days later I still have scabbing.
I don't have sensitive skin and I've had my eyebrows waxed for over twenty years and have only had a problem before when this same girl did my eyebrows - last time it was blamed on a new wax, but I think it's down to technique.
I complained to the HO in Edinburgh, but three working days later (five calendar days) and it's not even been acknowledged.
I've had great experiences when I've been before. I'm actually very happy with the end result, just not the damage that's been caused in the process!
