Appointment was 15 mins late (for the first time ever) and felt the treatment was a bit rough and like my skin was coming off with the strip. The girl on reception said it was down to new wax, but the girl who did my eyebrow wax was also a bit rough with the plucking too. I'll go back again though as hope it was a one off.
Eyebrow Waxing
The 1st LVL treatment was not very successful. The staff were great however and booked me back in for another session but were careful not to let me go too soon after the 1st session.
the results from 2nd session again weren't as great as I've had from other salons in the past. the salon itself was lovey and the staff have been great throughout.
