I travel to south Queensferry from Bathgate as it’s my nearest salon. On this occasion, the salon opened late and myself and another client were outside waiting after 10am. My treatment started later after entry staff was late. Both myself and the other client had brow appts at same 10am however with only one brow chair, I again had to wait until the beautician suggested we use bed in room. With regards treatment, not all the eyebrow hairs are fully covered with the tint.

Once I got to the salon I was told that they did not have time to do my treatment and they sent me to go somewhere else. Not impressed and will not be coming bacj
