They were communicative but unfortunately my appointment was rescheduled from morning until evening because they phoned and asked if that was ok. When I arrived early for my evening appointment they told me it would be a 30 minute wait or I could reschedule. I understand things happen but I tried ringing them several times before my rescheduled appointment and if someone had answered and said they were swamped then I could have stayed home instead of getting there only to have to wait.
