Appointment changed on me at last minute. Person applying had the shakes and had to leave. Cuticles cut and sore and filing was rough. Had to return for rough edges. Replacement person did not know it was a luxury manicure so massage felt reluctant and no cuticle oil applied. Not a nice experience.

I was pleased by how efficient, quick and thorough my waxing treatment was. The staff were very pleasant too. Slight hiccup with timing of appointment but did not affect my rating.
