I booked a threading lip wax which was cancelled on the day of appointment
Had a hot lip wax instead, as therapist was still off 2 days later. But as I have sensitive skin three days on I still have red marks at corner of my mouth!

The salon were unable to provide the treatment I was looking for due to a 6month patch test policy. I had my brows waxed instead. The staff member was friendly, however clearly had a viral infection and it may have been wise to advise clients of this or wear a mask when conducting close contact work.
