I booked for a facial not really knowing what I needed. My skin had broken out due to a combination of mask wearing and illness. Gaynor talked to me about my concerns, understood my needs and was extremely knowledgeable. The facial she recommended was just what I needed and Gaynor was professional and helpful throughout my treatment. Highly recommended.
