Massage was very good however during the facial the therapist left the room twice leaving me for about 20 minutes. It was very hot in the room and this left me feeling a bit restless. Did not receive the scalp massage as listed in the package so really the treatment was an hour and 10 minutes long as 20 minutes of the package was spent in the room on my own.
