The therapist was very nice, as was the room, temperature and oil/cream. But i was really disappointed with the massage itself - she asked how firm i like the massage and i confirmed i like it firm. It wasn't. She didn't subsequently check whether the pressure was ok, though perhaps i should've asked. Every time i thought she was getting to a knot, she moved on to another area. She asked if I'd areas needing attention but then spent no more time on them than anywhere. She also left the room twice without telling me if/ when she was coming back, so twice was unsure if these massage was over and because I'd no watch on, i had no idea how looking she was gone.
