Did not receive scalp massage as stated in detail of package and my experience would have been better if the therapist had told me what was involved with the facial. I was left alone for a while on the bed and nearly got up as I thought the treatment was finished. Wasn’t aware if a mask or anything had been applied. I wasn’t told anything about the products used either. Still a pleasant experience but could be better.
