had a hot stone full body massage. it was divinely relaxing. the hot stones add something and my masseuse was super professional. the scalp massage was a nice finishing touch.

Easily the worst wax I've ever had in my life. Rushed and so painful (when it's never been sore before). The therapist didn't ask simple questions such as if the wax temperature was okay. It should take 30 minutes and I was in and out in 15. There were several patches left but it was so painful I wasn't going to ask for it to be completed properly.
