Personally I would have liked to have had the process explained to me as I had no idea what to expect. As I have sensitive skin I would like to have been asked whether I was allergic to anything & also told why Gaynor was leaving the room, even if it was so that I had relax time or to get water!! Neither of these things detracted my enjoyment.

I would not go back to the wax and beauty boutique. The woman who done my waxing was rushing and barely spoke to me so the pain was quite intense as I wasn't distracted. Except for what seemed like a full blown gossip sesh outside the treatment room. Instead of removing the strips in one smooth motion she just kept pulling at it til it came off so it was really sore. When I got home and had a look I could see she had left some wax on my skin and there was alot of hair she had missed aswell.
