Great service and communication pre appointment was outstanding.
My technician therapist took care to ask what the event was, what my outfit was like. She explained everything professionally. Easy access to salon by bus, car or train.
Staff phone back when they say they will regarding cancellations.
I've had facials, massages, brow tints and nails done here and I always feel like I've had a proper treat when I come out after a treatment. Friendly loyal staff.
