Hollywood waxing was quick (10 minutes) so this was a good side. But the rest not so great: cleanliness very very poor! When I saw it I was thinking about cancelling my appointment. The shelf rack was full of dirty items, covered in wax (and sometime hair!). So was the massive rubbish bin. The beautician was nice but she wasn't working there full time (I imagine she was on a contract) - this is why the studio looks probably so messy and dirty - it isn't actually run by 1 dedicated person. But I'm just guessing here.
