It was my first appointment with Tati at The Waxing Lab and I cannot fault her as a therapist. I was having a Hollywood which can be nerve wracking but she felt me so at ease immediately with her friendliness and her space is very welcoming. I also cannot fault the wax, she is excellent. It was probably the least painful Hollywood wax I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few!). Happy to say I’ve already rebooked and if you’re considering it, do! :)
