Good experience with Krupa - she is kind and professional Lower stars for cleanliness due to double dipping in the wax - quite unsanitary

Krupa was so good, quick, fast and excellent customer service. However, just a note for the salon manager or whoever was managing that day, please don’t over book your workers. During my 30 minutes waxing session, you or your colleague kept shouting for Krupa to hurry as the next customer is here and this was 10 minutes into my session. Not only does your worker has to rush (which Krupa was fine with and did an amazing job regardless) but as a customer we feel uneasy too. Overall, I was happy.
