staff were quite rude over the telephone but the waxing team are nice as always.

Quite cramped and busy when you get in. Everything was going fine, lady was great, until she was rushed REPEATEDLY by another woman in urdu (yelling every 2 mins), because there were other customers waiting. I went for underarms and Hollywood and it was still my allotted time (so I don't see what has happened other than them overbooking and poor organising), this rushing caused serious problems because it took a while for the lycon wax to dry, so it was extremely painful. I wouldn't go again.

Would not go again at the moment. PLEASE implement up-to-date hygiene standards, such as avoiding to double dip, avoiding to blow on the wax before applying it, wearing a mask, not using hot wax on the same area twice etc. Further, apparently the salon does not allow tweezers so I left with a lot of leftover hairs. Very disappointing overall and I do hope things improve going forward.

I used to like their quick and painless waxing. But last time, a lady named Jenny did my waxing. Terrible experience. Painful and left so many hair. I dont know if I will come back. It seems like the good waxing ladies left.
