Very disappointing experience. I went for a shellac and eyebrow threading. I had the threading first and told the lady that I just wanted a tidy up of the stragglers and no shaping etc. at the end I was shown the results in the very dark treatment room and thought they looked small but couldn't really tell. I then went to choose the colour of my nails and the choice was so limited that I decided just to skip it and leave. When I got home I had a very horrible surprise when I looked in the mirror, my eyebrows had been completely ruined- they had been taken in way too far, made far too small and the shape completely changed (the arch had basically been taken out somehow). Considering I had said just to remove stragglers I do not understand why the lady has done this, she obviously just didn't listen at all. It has upset me very much as my eyebrows now look awful which wrecks my whole appearance right before an important event this weekend (hence why I had them done in the first place). I also found the salon to be very scruffy and not particularly clean. Apart from the fact that the lady was friendly/chatty I would not recommend this place in any way and am very upset about the whole thing.
