Treatwell messed up my booking but the wellness spa helped me and rebooked easily

I paid for a 90 min sports massage and received only 55 min treatment including being shown up to the room and making herself a coffee. The massage it's was weak and feeble even after asking for more pressure many times. it was so irritating and a waste of time and money.
the treatment was also rescheduled 20 mins before the original time and the complimentary facial offered as compensation was witheld too. A complete joke.Treatwell have no way of ensuring the quality of treatments.Beware!

25 minutes late, freezing cold room, only 45 minutes of actual massage and spent 80% of the time on the left half of my back so left feeling slightly lopsided. The bits that did get an actual massage was very relaxing just a shame about the rest.

The therapist was lovely, the quality of the massage quite average considering the price 56£ and the duration of the massage was 40 min instead of 60 min.
